Author description

General Editor Robert Dimery is a writer and editor who has worked on Tony Wilson's 24 Hour Party People, Pump Up The Volume: A History of House and Breaking Into Heaven: The Rise and Fall of The Stone Roses. He was general editor of the immensely popular 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die, and has contributed to many books on classic albums and singles, as well as working for a wide variety of magazines, including Time Out London and Vogue. He lives in London.Tony Visconti is an American record producer and musician. He has worked with a wide range of notable artists, including The Moody Blues, T.Rex, Thin Lizzy, Sparks, Kristeen Young, Morrissey and especially David Bowie, many of whose albums he produced between 1969 and 2003. His most recent book is Tony Visconti: The Autobiography: Bowie, Bolan and the Brooklyn Boy.
